"Breakfast was excellent, location is good. We are a family and they put us in a 3 bed room so great for the kids. Only negative was the shower, low water pressure and not very hot water. Would stay there again."

"Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. The decoration of the whole venue is incredible with so much to look at. There is a lot of car spaces but the area is very busy so it’s a bit of a search to find one."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Nice Reception area, but once you get beyond the reception the corridors and our room (203) were somewhat austere. Nice breakfast, but a wider selection of fresh fruit salad would be very welcome. The red berries were still frozen but the cooked breakfast was nice, plus a good choice of teas and coffee. Fabulous views over Chesil Beach from the restaurant, but the view from our room was compromised by the double glazing having condensation...
"So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs.The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...
"The Knoll House Hotel is a charming hotel which was once a personal residence. It has a lot of history and is in a delightful location overlooking the sea. There are several comfortable seating areas of various sizes and styles. The restaurant is very large and the food and service is very good. The breakfasts are particularly enjoyable with a plentiful range for self-service.
The outdoor swimming pool was heated, despite it being October when we stayed there. There is also a small indoor pool...
"All staff welcoming and unobtrusive. As staying guests we also had a table for the pub food, which was excellent - good selection and different portion sizes. We had a 3-course evening meal and the cooked breakfast. Served quickly - hot and tasty. Coffee served with breakfast was really good."
