"I really enjoyed my stay, however I did notice things that would probably erk the wrong person, the elevator shuts down 10pm-8am due to a loud screech, no face clothes for shower, air conditioner out of service. Those are just inconveniences however, i really enjoyed the room and the service. The place has soo much character and makes you feel welcomed. The room service thoroughly cleans. The beds were super comfortably firm if you prefer firm, it was perfect."

"The room was immaculate for cleanliness, hotel lobby as well. The staff was friendly, the breakfast is ok. I don't know about the other rooms but the only view I had was a gas station, a bunch of apparmemts, and a man smoking cigarettes all day. I was disappointed there's no ATM in the building, you either have to go to the gas station across the road or down the block to a bank. The park next door is lovely so that's a bonus. It's about a 20 minute walk to the CN tower 15 min to Union station."

"Such a wonderful stay. The hotel decor was upscale and modern, the bed was super comfortable, the concierges were really friendly (and checking in and out was easy), the pool was an awesome perk, and it was convenient being able to buy drinks in the little store located in the lobby. It was also near Canada's Wonderland (a $12 Uber ride), and there is a huge shopping mall across the street. Literally the only thing I would change is the addition of a microwave in the room. I definitely plan to...

"What I like the hotel was it is clean, convenient and walkable. What I don’t like is sometimes it’s noisy in the early morning especially when you are just starting to go to sleep. "
