"I read other people's reviews, the negative ones are well off. This hotel was above what I hoped it would be for the price. Everything was clean, food was superb and staff extremely friendly. I recommend paying the small extra for a poolside balcony, it was great to watch tennis with a beer during my down time and not overlooked by other hotels."

"What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family "

"Great location a short walk to beach,bars and restaurants. Very quiet. The pool area was well served with sun beds although the sun disappeared quite early in the evening around 6.00 pm. The public areas are up to date but the bedrooms and bathrooms need a refurbishment as they are very tired. This did not impact on our stay but thought it required comment. We had breakfast which was excellent. Did not have dinner as the hotel is within walking distance of a great variety of eateries to choose...

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...
