"The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly. "

"I love the Dormy! We love that it has a natural Onsen bath on the roof so you get to be outside. This property has a really nice sauna and cold plunge pool as well.
