Our one night stay at this hotel was pleasant. The rooms were a nice size and were clean. The hotel was in a very convenient spot, close to the train station as well as many eateries.

Hotel is close to the train station but a long way from Kobe. There are lots of restaurants close by. The sake tasting every night is nice and they serve great coffee all day. Average hotel, good for the price paid.

JRも地下鉄も使えて駅から近く、地下道で隣のビルまで来れます。スーパーも隣のビル内にあります。 新神戸でのイベント終わりで戻りが遅くなりましたが24時間営業の定食屋が向かいにあり、便利でした。 お部屋も綺麗で、お風呂も広く、かわいいアヒル隊長が迎えてくれます。 コンセントやUSB充電口も多くて助かりました。 ウェルカムドリンクは常時開放されており、嬉しかったです。 バゲージラックは机の一部がその役割で、70Lのキャリーケースにはサイズが小さく、椅子を並べて広げる必要があったので星1つ減らしていますがそれ以外は全く不満がありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。
左下の机が低くなった台た椅子で荷物を広げると閉じるまで奥にはいけない
枕元にエアコンも照明も電源もあり便利
