"Really friendly welcome on reception and very helpful. Apartment was nothing special but perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the location brilliant, minutes walk to the front in La Ciotat and a short walk to the local Calanques too. Carpark was hard to find and didn’t get any instructions until we asked, but otherwise communication was great. A little overpriced for what we got, although price is probably due to the excellent location."

"Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max."

"Simple stay for Christmas holidays, room was clean, breakfast included was fresh and varied. French pastries and bread very fresh and of good quality. Ham, cheese, salami, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, etc.. also on offer. Very welcoming and helpful staff. "

"Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it "

"Great breakfast included with the stay. VERY quiet room. The only down side is that it’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but it was worth it. Everything about this hotel was better than my hotel in Nice, and it was cheaper, too. Would definitely stay again."

"Pros: good deal for a price, clean, location. Cons: Parking only FOR 5 CARS. So, if you came late, you will pay 20 euros for a nearby parking. And it will increase the price for a night. For me, i could get a room in other hotel with unlimited parking, for a money of this one plus 20 euros:). Another thing, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk after 8 p.m. And if you call an emergency line, there's nobody speaking English. So, if you don't speak French, make sure you are coming before 8 p.m.; otherwise, you won't be able to find out what your room number is. I kindly suggested to a manager to creat a template email in English and send it to every guest running late - hopefully they will listen. A management tried to talk to me about my bad google review, and in USA we offer something (gift) to a client to smooth the situation. No offers to pay for my parking (which i hoped to get for free) nor anything was made - only apologies...Sorry guys - bad service is bad service; however, i do appreciate all a hard work of the supportive staff!"
