The resort was efficiently rum, very clean and well maintained, had an excellent air conditioner and the staff was equally as outstanding! Really enjoyed our stay.

Le personnel du restaurant le soir Le Mas des Vignes manque de professionnalisme et de souplesse. Nous avons tellement mal été accueillis que nous avons annulé notre réservation pour le dîner nous obligeant à trouver un restaurant en ville en dernière minute. Je l'ai mentionné au desk d'accueil de l'hôtel qui n'avait pas l'air surpris de ce type de comportement de la part du personnel du restaurant. Le personnel du petit déjeuner et du restaurant La Restanque sont adorables.

Chambre et salle de bain vétustes : pour se doucher, dans la baignoire, il fallait être acrobate et le fait d’accéder à la baignoire était vraiment dangereux. Wellness quasiment du siècle passé. Grande piscine intérieure avec une température extrêmement agréable mais douches à la limite de l’utilisable. Piscines extérieures très belles.
