"We chose this resort for a few reasons. One that it to clean the rooms daily, that it had a fridge, a microwave and a table and chairs. We were there for four days after three days of not having the room cleaned and complaining each evening and being told, “ oh they’ll clean it tomorrow” we finally asked for a second room. The fridge in the room only had three legs. This wouldn’t be an issue if you were only there one night but we were there four you have things you need refrigerated. We asked...

"Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight"
