"The hotel room was plain and sort of outdated. They charge $7 US dollars to reheat your food in a microwave. I had to request an ironing board and an iron. When you come to the room, you have to put your key card in a slot in order for the lights to turn on. Which no one told me at the front desk I had to call to find out what was going on. The customer service is OK but it could use some polishing. The lobby is very warm and uncomfortable, especially for people waiting to check in."

"I was in the Philippines for a month staying in various hotels in the same price range and this was the best hotel for cleanliness and comfort; everything worked well. Bonus is the rooftop bar/restaurant with fine food and great views."

"Overall, my view of the hotel is OK. I didn't care for the buffet. Breakfast was in a very good variety and also two strict of policies when wanting to bring in simple groceries from outside I was told not allowed to bring them in which is ridiculous."
