"The ceiling fan in Master bedroom would not change speeds. After calling multiple times and being assured every time that it was going to be fixed, but was not fixed. We stayed for 4 nights."

"My wife and I needed a getaway - this was perfect. We were able to relax, unwind and reset. From the condo to the beach, really couldn’t ask for anything more. Wasn’t your typical beach getaway - over crowded, over commercialized and over priced. We enjoyed the local culture and will share this place with my close friends only because I don’t want it to change with a crowd of people. Might not be available the next time that I need to visit! Thanks for a great week!"

"Such a comfortable apartment with the beach a short walk away! Check out Gullah culture at Penn Center and Hunting island State Park."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. The icing on the cake is trying to get a refund."

"This home was very clean and was a place that felt like home. Close to town but far enough to enjoy the peacefulness and the beautiful backyard."

"Property was ready as promised, exceptionally clean, AC running and cool (it was almost 100 degrees outside), with nice touches like coffee, sweetener, seasoning in the cabinet, soap, towels, linens, and paper products. I have rented place where there was no toilet tissue on arrival, but this place was ready. Cute back yard and not far from where we wanted to go. Very nice neighborhood as well! Thanks for having us!"

"We so enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed. John was very responsive in answering any pre checking question. Would recommend to others"

"The house plus loacation were magical. A perfext fit for our family"

"The stay was really great. The bugs around the marsh and all the dead jelly fish were not so great. No complaints about the property other than unclear instructions on where to put trash. "
