"I failed to realise that I needed to check my email for late check in details, A tenant let us into Reception and we used the phone to get ourselves sorted. The person on the phone was very helpful and was able to help us find the email and get checked in. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs (attending a conference with a colleague the next day), it was clean, comfortable and ad plenty of space.
