"Property was so old and datedand never stayed at a place like that before"

"Overall very good experience. Excellent pool facilities"

"Hotel is very modern and great staff. Couple of things. Our room did not have a proper desk and office chair. Phone system to call even front desk doesn’t appear to work. TV is antiquated. Heavy Barn door for bathrooms is a hazard - might cut hands or fingers off esp for little kids. Breakfast (pre-paid) was a waste of $20/pp. meager offerings and avocado toast was from cold, soggy bagged/frozen avocados."

"If you are black, they will treat you like you did not spend your money there Debbie and Ashley has the worst customer service. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated till I came to this hotel and it wasn’t as clean as you would think it would be the only people that were nice was the valet man and I wanna say a maintenance man."

"Everything about this hotel is A+ the associates are friendly to room was clean and bed was comfortable the lounge is nice the bartender was excellent in making our drinks and the food was delicious, the airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful Definitely will stay here again 😊"

"A beautiful hotel that hosts events often, so expect to see many different groups of people."

"Breakfast buffet was understaffed for the number of guests. Tables were not cleaned. Food was not refilled on buffet as needed. Staff was very busy but not enough staff to help."
