"Would have expected a directory of services booklet in the room. Didn't know what TV channels there was and if we could take room towels to the pool? Also no instructions for the phone, didn't know if we could ring reception? Otherwise room was good. Pool was great. The only downside is that park was a distance from the room."

"We had a great one-night stay in a superior twin room with balcony. Our check-in was mildly delayed while we waited for our room (after 2pm). The beds were very comfortable, the room had an espresso machine with pods and the tv had chromecast so we could watch Disney and Netflix from our phones. We had a short walk to Gouger Street for dinner. I would recommend staying here."
