"We have had the best experience during our stay in Zermatt; the receptionist/I forgot to get her name, is wonderful & super helpful. The room is spotlessly clean; the room that we were given is just perfect; it directly faces Matterhorn and we were welcomed by the stunning view of this “magic mountain” early this morning; it has made our day. We will definitely come back 😃"

"Near train station. Gornergrat Bahn, shopping, food places, Kirchebrucke (Church bridge) to view the Matterhorn. Lovely spacious suite. Clean bathroom with heating to dry towels . Comfortable bed but pillows are a little too soft. Cosy breakfast place with sufficient spread of breakfast items a DIY waffle station. Pleasant smiley staff at breakfast place. "

"The room is very spacious, warm and cozy. The balcony is facing marvelous view. I can simply sit there and drinking coffee for the whole day. Staff are friendly and helped us to check in early. It's very quiet at night. Walking distance to everywhere. The church is just next to the hotel. Many nice restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Can't wait to come back"

"Front desk was very helpful. Ideally located in the town. After a long day of hiking I wish they had a spa/sauna, but I knew they didn’t when I booked the hotel (hindsight). "

"We stayed here for 4 nights, and enjoyed the hotel. Our room (mountain view does not mean Matterhorn) was a good size, comfy beds and seating. A Kettle to make tea and coffee was appreciated. Hotel is just a 5 min walk from the train station and a supermarket, and close to many restaurants. They serve a good breakfast, as well as complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. Overall, good location, good sized room and good breakfast made for a pleasant stay. "

"Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Good value for money. We stay for skiing in pila. Car is required as it's around 5 min drive. Not much in Pollien but it was a good base for us. Would definitely recommend."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it immensely!! It was a few blocks from the train station and the gornergrat station - it was easy to locate off of the Main Street . Ms. Patricia at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as was one of the young men . The room was very comfortable - the hotel was modern and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of choices and excellent coffee selections from the 2 machines they had . The town was easy to navigate and we enjoyed...

"A family run hotel with terrific views of the Matterhorn. Electric shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the train station on arrival/departure. A free local bus allowed access to downtown but service ended at about 7:30PM and the walk back would be pretty uphill and take half an hour. Alternatively taxis are available but we were told they can be quite expensive. We were able to ski out and ski most of the way back. Beginner skiers would struggle to do so. "Weather was blizzard and snow so we missed our view of the Matterhorn. Luckily the hotel was cozy and very nice to stay in and keep warm with gorgeous views of the gondola going by."

"Easy access to/from the train station, village center and ski lift/slope. The breakfast is excellent with many options to fill up on for a day on the slopes. The coffee machine is exceptional. I enjoyed the hot tub / steam room to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, it is great to have the option to select a smaller room and smaller bed at a good price point."
