"The Staff were lovely and helpful, unfortunately the TV in the room was broken which wasnt a huge issue as only staying the one night. Great beds and quiet in the rooms. Had live music and couldn't hear it in the rooms at all but was loud in the restaurant/pub). It would be nice if the connected restaurant correctly gave you staying discounts (which I did not receive but my friend did) and the play area in the restaurant is filthy and needs a good clean."

"Lift stoped working and there was no coffee, tea or milk provided in rooms for use. First room I was sent to wasn’t even clean and we had booked two nights but only got one towel provided and the shower screen door was broken so when you showered water went all over the floor which made it a safety issue There is a restaurant open during certain hours but is high in price so may want to try and get food elsewhere"

What the picture showed and what i got wasnt what i paid for so that was false advertising and it wasnt cheap.Could hear what the people in the next room were talking about and had people stomping on the floor all hours of the night above us so didn't sleep very well. "We walked in a room with cockroaches appearance , had changed to another bigger room with the dirty bedding , no slipper provided , as a 4 star hotel … this is not acceptable Window is not double glazed … street noisy is not that great during the night . And it is a Monday night …."

"The place was a bit dirty on arrival ,benches ,tables etc hadn't been wiped down since the last people stayed had crumbles on the tea table & kitchen Benches, had sticky residue on the dining table from a drink of some sort and hair in the shower. Check in was easy going , communication good. Property a bit more worn then in the photos. Also if you are planning to stay some time or cook ensure to prepare for the basics like salt ,oil, cleaning spray and wipe etc absolutely nothing on site."
