Bummed the pool was gross with windows being replaced and construction was in process. For the amount of money we booked for this hotel, I was not impressed! The front desk staff attendant was professional and honest — however the room had a leaky toilet and the pool construction was huge bummer. Charlevoix was beautiful though. Probably the worst...
