"The checkin process was a mess. Once that was handled we went to the room on the 2nd floor with no elevator and our luggage and ice chest, that was fun! Room was decent and newly renovated. Bathroom looked nice but little things, use quality toilet paper instead of making the mirror change colors. Buy quality beds instead of the mirror having a defogger in a separate room. The beds are horrendous. I finally got 3 hrs sleep by sleeping across the bed at the foot of the bed. I mentioned this and...

"This place is a gem. The location is so convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. It has lots of parking. The property is pretty and well kept, with roses, art and a fountain on the grounds. And the best part is the very friendly staff. Lupita at the front desk was great and very helpful. We are definitely coming back! "

"We stayed a week here and it was a wonderful experience! Great room with comfy bed and all the kitchen suite necessities (coffee machine, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, utensils, dish wear etc). The property was also wonderful with 4 great pools, 6 hot tubs, clean washrooms and bbq areas. Nice hammock area to relax in as well. Easy parking and check in. Overall a great experience!
