"We checked in to learn our online reservation had not been received by the hotel. They charged us a higher rate and the room happened to be on the 4th floor of adjacent building. They apologized for the location but the air conditioning wasn't working in the main building. The room was sparcely furnished. the bed was on some kind of metal box frame, everytime you moved or sat on the bed the metal would "pop" loudly and scare the heck out of me. "We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites when we travel as a family. The breakfast and roomy suites are well worth it for us. However, I did not enjoy the long wait to check in, nor the difficulty engaging the deadbolt in my room. Our fridge didn’t work however it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t have anything to put in it.
