"This place is impossible to reach by email or phone. The phone and chat are responded by an AI or goes to voicemail. Emails are responded by AI agents without any real solution. They gave me a small room with two small uncomfortable twin beds when I had booked a room with a single larger bed. I didn't realize this until a week later. I called them several times and send emails requesting for a refund. No one has ever responded. Read the recent reviews to get an idea. Avoid this place"

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."

"Super Lage, nettes Personal. Gerne wieder!"

"I had a very nice stay. You can’t swing a cat around in the rooms, but do you really need to? It’s got all amenities and great WiFi. Pity the breakfast room is not adequate to host the number of guests."

"The property is in a really handy location, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and the shower was fantastic. The biggest draw back was there was only 1 small window that didnt open which meant it got incredibly warm as the air conditioning wasnt the strongest."

"Mitten im Zentrum und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle gelegenes sehr ruhiges Hotel."

"Very conveniently located next to the train station and a small grocery store and fast food chains (Burger King, Subway, etc...). The bed is incredibly comfortable (legitimately have been struggling to get good sleep at home and this bed kept me asleep all night). Property is clean and the staff is just young and super friendly. About to try the breakfast."

"All staffs were warm and welcoming they listen to you and act accordingly to any questions you ask. Location is perfectly located in the heart of london city."

"The highlight of our stay was Elena at reception, who was very helpful when we checked in and assisted us with applying the parking discount using the machine outside. Excellent customer service from her. The room itself could do with more attention. The carpet had several visible stains, and the refreshments provided were inadequate for two guests, with only one regular tea bag and one herbal tea bag available. Usually, there are at least two of each. Hopefully these housekeeping issues can be...

"We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. In a very busy high street so food and drink is in abundance and also getting tubes and ubers is easy too. Staff very friendly. I didnt have time to check out the breakfast, but it was complimentary and no extra charge to the...
