"Old and dilapidated. The carpet in the bedroom was in terrible condition. There are several bars right outside the hotel and so we were kept awake until 2:00am each night by drunken revellers. The staff were very nice and eager to help especially at breakfast each morning."

"A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again."

Rooms aren’t soundproofed at all (you can hear people going to the toilet as well as doors in the corridor) and the gap under the door lets light in. Very cheap and cheerful for an overnight stay. Wasn’t my worst night sleep ever but have slept better. "
