"This is a beautiful hotel rooms were very nice and very clean. Oddly, it is not that busy but it is very well maintained the pool was very nice. I think the new convention center took a lot of their business away, but this is still a very nice place to stay in Hickory. "

I never heard from the owner, but received an automated email from VRBO with the key code to access the keys.The code opened the lock box, but there were no keys in it. We called the owner, but no answer. Left a voicemail, never got a returned call. There was a car in the driveway which I’m guessing was another guest? "Was not what we were expecting as soon as we got into the property we seen bugs cheapest toilet paper you could buy air condition did not reach into the bedroom. Had to go to Walmart and buy a fan to pull the air condition air into the bedroom, no curtains on blinds seems like it was daytime, all the time in the bedroom seems like they were stuff that never was finished inside was not expecting it to be in this kind of shape condition "
