I was okay to still use it, but my roommate found it so strong that it kept her from being able to smell anything for a whole day and her eyes were burning. "Fast and easy check in. Friendly staff. Great location. My partner found the bed too soft for his taste. If you like to sink into your mattress, this place is for you! The air conditioning unit is a bit loud so when it goes off and on all night, that could be bothersome for light sleepers. "

"Clean, comfortable, check in process was seamless, however the walls are built thin, I heard an entire family talking next door until 2 in the morning. Every word was audible. Apart from that, our stay was great. AC unit, although old, was highly efficient. Also, need more accessible outlets. Had to unplug the digital alarm clock so I could charge my phone. "

"We needed to stay next to Waterloo U. This was perfect and clean and parking on site ($). We were close to everything. "

"We chose this hotel for the location as well as having a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed and kitchen. The kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator, coffeemaker and kettle, plates, glassware, utensils and pots. We did need to clean a pot and frying pan before we could use them. The breakfast did not have many options available, but with the kitchen, it didn’t really bother us. We registered 3 adults in the room. We needed to ask for more towels for the bathroom as there were only two towels...

"Very clean and staff is amazing. Only thing sucked that breakfast was not included. They wanted additional $14 per person fod a continental and $20 for hot breakfast. Kinda sucked finding this out at check in as i booked online. Otherwise very clean place to stay. "
