"An Italian experience, to say the least. The view is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The hotel is located far from the center of town and does not offer any shuttle or transfer service. Expect to spend around €50 each way on a taxi from the port. The air conditioning was our biggest issue. It automatically shuts off whenever you leave the room, so it is warm when you return. We were told it runs on a timer, and despite multiple requests, it was never kept...

"This hotel was in a convenient location. It was walking distances from the port, train/bus station and many rental car locations. We only had a 1 night stay to pick up or rental car before heading off. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage for us while we went out. The hotel is dated but comfortable. The breakfast provide was great and all the staff was lovely."

"El lugar está increíble, lejos del bullicio pero a la vez cerca del centro de Anacapri y las estaciones de bus. Lo malo no tiene alberca y la playa está retirada del lugar, pero tiene un jacuzzi y en bus/taxi estás a 20 min de las playas. Increíble para descansar y relajarse. El desayuno está bien, pero el café es top."

"The hotel from outside looks very nice, but when you get to the rooms the beds are damp and honestly the rooms are very basic for the price. I’m glad we stayed only one night because I think we would’ve canceled the rest of the nights if you had to stay more nights."

"The hotel was very clean, plenty of room and a fabulous breakfast. The location was perfect , close to the centre of Sorrento and close to the bs and train station both in walking distance. Transporting luggage was very easy. Overall the perfect place to stay in Sorrento I would highly recommend."

"This hotel exceeded all expectations I had set. The beach view was amazing and one that I’ll never get over. The staff was incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions and helped us navigate town. The beach club was awesome and the food was wayyyyy better than we could have imagined. Each room was equipped with a beach bag & towels to use at the beach. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you stay here you will not regret it!!!"
