"The only thing I can say is that the large bin container at the back was picked up at 1am. There was a lot of slamming and men shouting. It woke me up and I had a hard time getting back to sleep, bearing in mind I have to get up at 4.30am. Can these not be picked up during the day, or at a time when people are still awake?"

"The room was warm and quiet, and the location is handy to the Aotea Centre. For snacks etc there's a minimart just across the road. If you want to cook there's a kitchen downstairs. I didn't realise it was a backpackers but wasn't a oroblem.Good value for money"

"My dad and I stayed here when he came to visit. We stayed for two nights after he arrived in Auckland and two nights before he left. It was far enough from the city center to be quiet and close enough to the airport since I have a car. The staff was wonderful and restaurant attached had great food. If you are here on Friday, the night market is close by and worth a visit! Happy we chose this spot. "Very clean property - easy check in although the instructions could have been clearer (we were advised to check in after 2PM but when we arrived, the reception said they are closed from 2PM in winter so this was a little confusing). Other than that, fantastic stay!"
