"A really nice spot. Rough top area is great (and was a surprise!). The folks who helped us were great. Two small things: 1. VIP check-in desks had two people who were not helping a large line of folks checking in. I understand wanting to save at least one VIP spot just in case, but having two hotel staff chat with each other beside us while waiting in a large line was upsetting. 2. The pool towels were out. We asked for more 3 times, and no one came with more."

"The room was clean but the carpet looked dirty even if ots brown could see some stains on the carpet and the chairs. Otherwise staff were outstanding and the property is at a very good location."

"The suites are very dated. From our windows (which didn’t open) or patio (ugly), you could see roof tiles peeling. The main hallways, while clean, are also very dated. It appears that the entire facility is well past its prime and needs to be torn down and made into something new."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and extremely clean! Staff is very kind as well. Perfect location close to all the good restaurants. Only downside is there are no amenities, other than that it was a perfect stay and gorgeous hotel."
