"We stayed at many hotels in the same price range on our vacations and this one was the best! Nice rooms with mini kitchenette, laundry which we were very glad to find, a pool and VERY good food in the restaurant! If we lived in the area I would return for the veggie burger for sure!! Included breakfast buffet was one of the best we ever had as well."

"In general, my experience was good. We had enough breakfast and were allowed extra time to leave the room without paying. I really appreciated this service. The room was small and not well ventilated. The AC was overhead, blowing dust into our eyes, and it was too small to cool the room, even though it was hot outside. Otherwise, the breakfast was enough for us; we had a good experience in general."

"Great place to spend the night as we were passing through on a road trip. The bathroom of our suite exceeded our expectations and the rest of the room met our expectations for this type of accommodation. The self serve breakfast was very helpful getting our day started."

"The property was very clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Room is equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and all the basic kitchen utensils and cutlery you may need for your short stay. The only downside is that there is no place to eat near the Chalet or in town unless you drive to nearest town Pictou which is 15 minutes drive away."

"The man who operates the Inn was very unpleasant and unkind to me and my wife. The establishment is quaint and in a good location, but those qualities do not compensate for his rudeness. I regret that we didn't stay elsewhere."

"I want to start with the positive. The room was large, very clean, the beds comfy and there was a/c, fridge and tv. The stay had what we needed and there were water views. However, there were no staff. Our key was stuck to a door with a message saying there was no breakfast so we’d be given a discount.
