"I was a bit worried about staying here having read some 'iffy' reviews, but I needn't of. For being a 3 star hotel I thought it was great. Location was perfect, breakfast was good, lovely choice of food. Our room was good and overlooked the cathedral. The bed was very hard so we asked for a mattress topper which they put on for us. It didn't make difference and we still had 3 nights of not sleeping through the night and waking up in pain!! Could also have done with a hairdryer on the room, but...

"Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all...
