"For starters the staff at Corinna Mare is exceptional - they really look after you and take care of you and best of all super genuine and polite and nice! The property is always well maintained, the beach is literally in their backyard and the dual pools is bonus.

For active travellers I recommend car rental for the convenience of exploring western Crete.

"Great and peaceful location! The view of the sea was amazing, and had very easy access to get to. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pool was very relaxing. It's a nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and wonderful parking. We enjoyed staying here and it's very easy to get to wherever you need to go with a car. "I loved the concept of this little place very traditionally Greek. We had a harbour view with balcony. Bed was comfy & breakfast was perfect for us. Close to many good restaurants & pickup points as cars cannot get thru.
There are 2 flights of stairs to carry luggage with no help.
The rooftop area is great.
As we enjoyed our stay there were a lot of things not good.
There was no light at the top of the stairs to get key in door & walk up/down stairs in dark.

"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue.

"We had an amazing stay at Erato. The flat was in good condition and clean! All the employees were kind and helpful. We had cleaning service everyday. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location. The pool area is amazing as well. We also had a parking spot. Everything was perfect and we couldn't expect anything better. Give a 10/10 for the amenities and staff as well. Will come back definitely!"
