"Property is close to the airport so its convient going back. However going to the city can be a bit tricky aa the train station there does not have a kiosk. The staff is pretty friendly and the rooms are fairly clean and spacious especially for just 2 people. I would recommend it if you are staying near rome for a few short days if you don't mind the extra travel."

"The hotel is just across from the termini station which allowed us to easily take the express train to the airport. Metro nearby as well to get you all around the city. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and very quiet facing a small residential street. Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants nearby."

"Friendly service, clean room, close to activities and train station. Allowed early luggage drop off, safe & kept personal pc locked in office. Only complaint . Mattress very hard and limited sink counter space. Would stay again. "

"Arrived on a flight well before check in time of 2 PM but was allowed to drop our bags in our (not yet cleaned) room anyway. Made our first day in Rome much easier not having to lug bags around. "

"We had a great visit at a lovely little hotel. If you want a hotel near the Spanish steps, this one is great. It is what one would call a boutique hotel. There were several family restaurants with great pasta within walking distance...talk to front desk. They offer a limited menu breakfast. Hotel was clean but it is an older hotel so no ac in sumner. "
