"Excellent clean hotel"

"The accommodation was very good. Breakfast whilst adequate, was not as varied as I’ve had elsewhere. Eg. Scrambled eggs or no eggs. Hotel not easy to find by car and sat nav. Mine gave up. Haven’t seen so many no entry signs in such close proximity and never seen a “Bus gate” before. Beware of this as sat nav’s want to take you through it. DON’T GO there. I’ll probably have a ticket on the mat when I get home. Only one disabled car parking bay and that was coned off. Arriving by train? Not easy...

"Arrived at the Hotel, was left in reception for 10 minutes then handed a sheet of paper and a key card.. went to.. well where do you start, bathroom....sink was cracked.. no glass to have some water.. one of the taps had the end missing from it.. and the grout was dirty.. bedroom.. curtains were disgusting god knows what was on them.. all the grey surfaces were sticky to touch.. no chair to sit on in the room.. and finally the bottom sheet came of the mattress in the night.. OMG looked like...

"We spent four nights at the Bradford Mercure Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There are as plenty of car park spaces and the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice of food. The room was large and clean with a good bathroom. The one complaint was that their website states there was food available all day. When we arrived, we were told food was from 6 pm. "The staff at breakfast were exceptionally helpful providing alternative food for my grandson. We did not use all the amenities."

"Our room was immaculate and very quiet even altho it was in close proximity to the lift. Breakfast the next morning was very good with food levels monitored carefully so that hot food was replenished to match how busy the restaurant was"
