"The front desk staff was pretty friendly and understanding. First room had food in drawers smelled horrible and the second room had a beer can under bad and the towels had yellow stains. Both rooms phone were not plugged in causing it to be a safe hazardous for me and my son. And the elevator was not working. Although many ppl complaint on elevator the front desk man acted as if he didn’t know the elevator were Brocken. Pool area and fitness area were absolutely dirty. And rooms had no ac. We’re...

"Check in : I waited at the counter while staff were outside smoking. I must have waited at least ten minutes to check in. Facility was clean for the most part. Quiet"
