"Decent hotel with a fantastic location right next to Geneva’s train station. Staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, but the rooms badly need an upgrade. I’m genuinely surprised and impressed with how small they were able to make the bathroom. Also, the AC really struggles in the heat, so make sure to immediately turn it on max once you arrive if it’s hot outside."

"Location is great. Breakfast wasn’t included in my rate but you can have a standard breakfast in the restaurant. I liked the little fridge in my room. It was comfortable and clean. The tub/shower is a bit high so I had to be very careful getting in and out. Overall a good stay. "

"We loved our stay at 9Pacquis! The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the train station, which was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The breakfast was very good. Our only disappointment was the lack of dining options nearby in the evening, but that was not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely return if I were to come to Geneva. "

"Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "
