"Was nent to have early book in at 2 but told no book ins until 3 did not give me a chance to explain and walked off The room very basic a bed a set of draws and wardrobe no bedside tables bed rock-hard and only one pillow the bathroom needed a good cleaning and was only given 1 towel"
