"Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, great off road parking, will definitely stay again."

"No air conditioning. Bed was very, very uncomfortable. Only one flat pillow per person. Only one towel in room for three people. Fold out as second bed was horrible as well. Carpet was dirty. This room should have cost $100 at most. It does not reflect the pics. Would not stay there again. Over $300 for one night and it’s a motel at best"

"Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel, a circa 25 minuti da Inverness. La posizione è comoda sia per andare verso nord, sia per scendere verso il lago Loch Ness, e il paesino in sé è abbastanza servito. Il prezzo è ottimo, ma siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dalla struttura in sé una volta arrivati. Se non avete pretese e’ un ottimo punto di appoggio, ma l’aspetto generale e gli arredi risultano piuttosto vecchi e fatiscenti. La nostra camera era spaziosa, il bagno era basico, piccolino ma...

"The hotel itself was good for the money. Jason was super friendly but due to the accident in room 19 was the only staff member available which led to the theft of toilet roll. Trash was never taken out. TV did not work. Had to hunt down towels. No restaurant on premises although there are many signs that say there is. Highly recommend."

"The main door into the apartments was broken, so it couldn’t be locked. This meant that anyone could come into the foyer and stairwell from off the street. This made us feel uncomfortable! The carpet in the foyer and stairwells was filthy, stained and in one part like a dog had scratched to threadbare. The internal walls were not sound proof so you could hear conversations along with other activities from the room next door. One of our party of 5 had a room that was musty from a rock wall...

"Room was lovely and location was good for what we were looking for. Only complaint is the shower. Not sure if I didn’t know how to use it but just went back and forth from scald to freezing with a few seconds of usable temp In between. Glad I was only there for one night."
