"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, en plein centre de Sa Pa. Le buffet déjeuner est varié mais le menu est le même chaque matin. Ce qui laisse vraiment à désiré est la propreté. Notre chambre était correct en terme de propreté mais sans plus. Nous avons reçu 2 fois des taies d’oreiller sales que nous avons dû changer, Nous avions aussi une fenêtre dans notre chambre mais aucun rideau. Nous avons fabriqué un rideau avec des serviettes pour cacher la lumière du matin. Ce ne serait un hôtel où...
"I had a wonderful stay at sapa yen. There is no electronics in the room for the quiet retreat vibes. Took some getting used to but it was definitely what I needed to unplug. Room and hotel is very clean. Close to sapa station and you can view the train to fansipan from the hotel."

"The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"
"Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well"
"A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money."
