"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium price we paid. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m., fully understanding that check-in was not until 3:00 p.m. We left to explore the city and returned after 3:00 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. we were told our room was not ready. "We came to the hotel a bit early and unable to check in at that time. The lady staff with beautiful smile patiently helped us to put the luggages behind counter. Because our group of four with quite many luggages, she’s super helpful and later also offered us free Geneva transportation for sightseeing and shuttle on the second day to airport. What a lovely staff and make us remember this hotel."
