"1st the staff ate all nice and friendly and very helpful.
2nd the room > our room is a little small also the the bathroom understandable because it’s a small hotel but its clean. Water pressure for shower 8/10 i like it.
3rd the breakfast > breakfast is good simple but good . But we stayed for 4day i wish it change every day or every 2days the menu.
Last Location > it’s walkable to Moana , petting zoo, cafe,some restaurants but I don’t think i can walk to the center even it say 8 minutes...
"Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well"
"The DelaSol Sapa Hotel has a lot going for it on the surface. It is located right in the center of Sapa town, which is incredibly convenient for exploring, and our room was clean.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. When we raised this issue with reception, we were completely brushed off and told that this was simply "the design of the hotel."

"The Staff are very helpful & nice . The lobby and breakfast are decent. The bed was comfortable. But the room was dilapidated, paint peeling from the walls. There was a sewer like “ smell” which might hve been from the city. We slept with the windows open even though, the city was extremely noisy"
"A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money."
