Breakfast was included but not too many options. Room was small but sufficient for a single person. As it’s right next to a busy street, can get noisy very early in the morning. Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. The shuttle itself was a regular taxi with no distinguishing markers other than the typical taxi sign. I only discerned I was in the right place after overhearing a conversation...

"Staff was friendly & helpful! Rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a generous number of options. Loved the free coffee and tea available all day. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "This hotel is VERY minimalist. No air conditioning. No comfortable place to sit. No coffee in the room. No help at the front desk after 3:00 pm. The restaurant and bar closed at 7:00 pm. The front door is locked at 8:00 pm so you must walk around back and use your room key to get in. The location is good and right on the river, very walkable to everything. Employees were nice. "

"I have stayed at this property more than ten times, and it has been a good experience which is why I have returned. On this last visit, however, I booked the Queen large apartment expecting the best stay, but reality was the complete opposite. The unit was not cleaned well, it was missing cooking equipment, and the one piece of cookware it did have was uncleaned with burned cheese stuck to the inside."
