"Very disappointing experience. The air conditioning/heating unit was producing fine dust, making the air uncomfortable. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet in the room and hallways had multiple visible stains. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The property needs to improve its housekeeping and maintenance standards. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"Safe parking"

"This hotel has some older features in the rooms, but it was perfectly clean. Since my family places a priority on cleanliness, our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient for me. However, I noticed that the breakfast didn't include any halal meats, so I saw a lovely Muslim family have to make do with fewer options. The coffee was not spectacular, but the coffee maker in the room at least ensured my brew was fresh. The mini-fridge in the room was also very convenient."

"The bed had a plastic cover missing full a holder for the mattress and I cut my leg on the metal alot the room was clean. The elevator needs to be cleaned especially the floor. The breakfast was. So so The last two times we had meat but this day no meet."

"This is probably one of the cleanest room I have been to this year. Breakfast was delicious; omelet, sausages, juices, etc. Front desk person very attentive. I recommend this hotel. The property is in great condition."

"Clean and great staff"

"Twice had to change room due to smoking smell and front desk was not at all supportive, given she had seen my old parents with me. This is rude and in humane. Seems like a very average rated motel/hotel .. thumbs down from repeat customer for terrible service and front desk lady with attitude. Happened on Oct 31st, 2026."

"Did not like the place was run down and rooms were dirty"

"Everything was great"

"My only complaint is that the thermostat kept resetting. I would set for one temp and wake up an hour later to the heat on and thermostat reset to a higher temperature."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great. Except the food. The bbq restaurant in the hotel food was so bad that I didn't even give the leftoversto our dog.. I dont even think it legally qualifies as food. Now the in house breakfast had positive reviews online. Its actually the reason we chose this place. Not only did nothing on the breakfast buffet change during our 7 night stay. It wasn't good either. I dont know who they have working the microwave in back. But they suck at their job....
