"Breakfast was an outstanding multi course meal with great attention to detail, variety, and freshness. The staff are helpful and accommodating and eager to make the stay exceptional. The outdoor baths are set in amongst a beautiful forest and the water is clear and without sulfur. "Amazing and helpful staff, my room on the first day was a little warm, even with my card inserted, not too sure if the AC was on or was a little slow, but the next day it was perfectly fine. It’s a charming and outdated hotel, but the location and the hospitality make up for it. Also, I’m glad that they accommodated me for the Attack on Titan room. Thanks to the staff, I’ll be sure to visit again."

We were enjoying the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) with lots of varieties of foods and drinks (included alcohol at dinner time only), also enjoying lounge with free drinks after dinner.
