"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"

"Cosy and beautiful cabins."

"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. "Fantastic room! Loved the outdoor spa"

"Our stay at The Florance was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the wonderful breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I truly could not fault it!"

"All was good"

"Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too."

I questioned this by showing the booking details in my Expedia account, the lady didn't admit mistake and take responsibility, saying they received booking from Expedia for one adult only. In checking the cabin, I realised the cabin was not in ready for use condition, no sheets, no toiletries. Tje cabin can't fit in 4 adults in a very cold night, I was not provided any solution, then had...

"We had a lovely stay at domescapes on our trip around tassy! The room was warm and spacious overlooking the vineyards, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. The wine itself at the cellar was lovely and a short drive to other wineries within the region. We would definitely recommend this to other cpls travelling the region. 😁"

"Staff are so friendly and helpful, we have stop over for a night and it was easy to check in and check out."
