"Rooms are old, outdated and not in great shape. The original room we booked was not available, the whole building in fact, when we checked in so we ended up having to take a different room for more money. There would have been an additional nightly charge for a refrigerator. There was also an additional daily "resort fee" charged at checkout even though we paid a "resort fee" at booking. The kids enjoyed the Adventure dome but most of the other "amenities" were closed during our stay."

"My stay at the Luxor started amazing. Met a hotel
Manager who helped us check in since it was the busiest day this hotel has had all year. We were there for a volleyball tournament. 3300 rooms were being checked into on the Friday we arrived. The manager helped and I wish I would have gotten his name.
