"The hotel is just across from the termini station which allowed us to easily take the express train to the airport. Metro nearby as well to get you all around the city. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and very quiet facing a small residential street. Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants nearby."

"A bit of an old fashioned room with amenities that could be renovated. There was some dust in corners of the floor of the bathroom. It was fine for one night though and super kind staff. "

"Arrived on a flight well before check in time of 2 PM but was allowed to drop our bags in our (not yet cleaned) room anyway. Made our first day in Rome much easier not having to lug bags around. "

"The location was amazing, and the rooftop terrace for breakfast and evening drinks was incredible! The rooms were very spacious and the extra side room with daybed was perfect for my daughter. Great shower. Quiet and comfortable beds."

"We stayed at the annex location and enjoyed it! I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the annex. It quite literally is a 30 second walk from the main building and on arrival staff walked us over. It is down an alley, but it’s the first door down and the alley is always busy as there are a few restaurants down it. I never felt not safe. The location was amazing, it so close to Trevi foundation and there are so many great shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone working at the...
