"The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. The staff are all so so happy and friendly and the place is kept immaculate, with cleaning and gardening work. The food was also excellent - flavourful and well prepared. "We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus."

"It was a really good stay! They have a three bed room and it was so convenient. The view from the lodge reception is incredible that we were hardly in our room. All the staff were really welcoming and we made friends with them all, making the stay so much better!"
