"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"This is a high quality hotel, with swimming pool, view on the 2 major lifts in Val d'Isere, 50m away from each of these major cabins lifts, easy to climb in the summer to the top, the service in the hotel is high, breakfast is typical french with the best French croissants ever."

"Lovely, quiet, tons of space. Cows grazing in the backyard which we watched from the deck. Be aware there are no restaurants so get groceries before to cook in the full kitchen. Luckily we found a food truck"

"Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit."

"Very nice family run hotel. We had a dog with us which was no problem. Very clean but very shabby but the price reflects this. Sampled the food the first night and considering we were in Italy the menu did not Italian by any means. Ate elsewhere the 2nd night. We had: Antipasto - we were offered crips. "Helt otroligt mysigt hotell med super trevlig personal. Mysig miljö runtomkring hotellet där man kunde sitta och njuta av ngt gott i glaset. Bra frukust och ännu bättre middag. Kommer absolut bo här igen när jag återkommer till denna fina lilla by. Det lilla lilla minuset är att sängen och dessutom kuddarna var lite väl hårda. "
