"Beautiful old building tastefully done up with a lot of flair. My bed was up some stairs from a lovely sitting area and all in a wonderful high ceilinged room with large window. Delicious breakfast across the way in sister hotel Palazzo Grillo. Staff went to huge trouble to make stay comfortable, booked a restaurant and then communicated with me via What's App. Overall excellent for both comfort and service. On a week's trip to Italy, this was by far the most comfortable bed."

Genoa is a beautiful place and the beauty and comfort of this hotel convinced me to stay another day to explore both it, and the city. This place offers so much and is truly worth it. "Good location for getting to the old port and the main tourist areas. Nedo who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a limited variety and the same same selection each day but given it’s free, it was decent. Our room was clean and fairly standard. The one downside was a constant noise from another A/C unit which we could hear when ours was turned off. "
