"The staff were very helpful. At the moment there is work being done to improve the outside of the building, we were told about this. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice."
"The view from our superior room was amazing, looking over the Menai straits and the pier.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Ours had been kept warm and was very dry.
The stairs were an issue. You couldn't avoid them to access the building. I had indicated issues with mobility when i booked but the hotel only sent info about them the day before after free cancellation was impossible.
The Indian meal was satisfactory.
The waitress was very helpful although with limited English."
"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."
"The Slate was a beautiful B&B, the room was very comfortable. Bed was really comfy, quilt and pillows just perfect. Towels were so soft and fluffy, The food was lovely and the staff very helpful. Shout out for Rachel and Ashton, absolute gems and the proprietor should recognise the staff for their fab customer service.
Parking was great and the ease of check in and check out couldn't have been any easier."
"The property was lovely it was like a old Victorian house, the breakfast was amazing you can much as you want.. Also you get a full English if you want which is 3 pieces of Bacon, sasauge, egg, fried egg, baked beans, and mushrooms, fried bread, and tomatoe, the lady who does the breakfast "Katie" was great, my only two camplaints is the bed was solid so now my back is completely goosed.... Plus the cleaning I noticed the was ready to eat chicken packaging under the bed.."
"We bought a supreme room with a sea view
