"Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to assist me, really nice people. Hotel is in a great location."

"I like all of it"

"It is a nice place. Getting there from the airport is easy with the shuttle provided. Rooms are cosy and clean. The choices of food offered are ok, and portions are massive. Personally, the only inconvenience I experienced is the front-door stairs- very high and no way to roll suitcases in. "one of the closest hotels to airport, they can arrange taxi for pick up for a reasonable fee. the staff are the nicest and best. very polite and helpful the bed was soooo comfortable. breakfast area has a huge terrace overlooking the city and airport, beautiful"

"Great location near the botanical gardens"
