"The location was excellent in the heart of the city close to the town hall train station. Abit noisy on the street because of the pubs but other than that it was great. The room is basic but clean. Staff at reception was helpful. There was no hair dryer in the room when I mentioned it to reception I was given one to use throughout the duration. I was very happy with my stay."

"Location! Location! Location. On check in we were told that we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a bonus. Room was great we had a glass side door that lead to the balcony giving us ocean views on Campbell Parade. Restaurant downstairs did really good meal deals $25, we had wagyu steak & BBQ ribs with chips and coleslaw"

"The receptionist was lovely and was so understanding."

"ネットが部分的に繋がらなくなった。修理に1日かかった。電波があるのだけどIPアドレスが取得できない。"

"This is a run-down old motel that requires a good renovation. Location was good for me as I was most interested in Sydney dwntwn, which was a 10 min city bus (#324 or 325) ride away. The provided breakfast box was modest at best. Although clean, the screen in the bathroom was broken which prevented the window from being opened in case of insects, etc. There was a micro kitchen and small fridge which was OK for size of the room. Value for $ was 6/10. I would not recommend."

"Friendly helpful staff on duty during our stay"

"Fabulous location. Close to trains and food. Easy walk to darling harbour. Very comfortable bed. Free bottled water in room. Nice bathroom. Staff very pleasant and helpful"

"Good for price and convenient location"

"Who ever is managing this place needs to find another job. Hotel part was a complete and utter joke. It listed laundry as a service and that is furthest from the truth. Spent a week there and the room was mostly neglected. The ONLY upside was the bar and the prices there are out of this world! :("

"It was a pleasant stay for the most part. lots to like about it. The shower drains aren't the most efficient and so water will rise and there was a lot of loud noises throughout the building on my final day, probably maintenance works"

"Very disappointing experience. We paid around $500 for two nights plus $80 for parking, but there were no towels or shampoo, no iron or microwave in the room, and breakfast was not included. On our last night, my children and I could not sleep because guests were running, laughing, and talking loudly in the hallway around 3:00 AM, with no action from management. Overall, the service and facilities were not worth the price."
