"First stay here for me. Very close to transport. I stayed for 4 nights and used trains, busses and acooters dor bysiness trips to Takapina, Ponsomby, Parnell, Ellerslie. So close to britomart precinct and commercial bay that food and supplies was easy. Staff were always friendly and the place is new so clean and fresh. Got a great price on Wotif so ended up getting great value."

"The only thing I can say is that the large bin container at the back was picked up at 1am. There was a lot of slamming and men shouting. It woke me up and I had a hard time getting back to sleep, bearing in mind I have to get up at 4.30am. Can these not be picked up during the day, or at a time when people are still awake?"

"Very clean property - easy check in although the instructions could have been clearer (we were advised to check in after 2PM but when we arrived, the reception said they are closed from 2PM in winter so this was a little confusing). Other than that, fantastic stay!"
